Chassi Begins A New Chapter With ‘Colosseum’ EP

Chassi has officially released Colosseum with five tracks of powerful bass. The producer has tapped into heavy dubstep to create an EP that transcends his previous mix of melodic and heavy bass.

“Warrior’s Kingdom” opens the EP with a myriad of elements from laser sounds to quick samples from songs like “m.A.A.d city” and a sword slash to bring the track to an end. The title track shines with distorted bass and heavy drops, sonically creating a battle in the listener’s mind.

“TIMES UP” with VLCN follows, intertwining the same sword-clashing bits from the first song on Colosseum. The collaboration was Chassi’s first release of the year and one that the pair made just in time for Lost Lands. “1AM in Los Angeles” is a minute-long interlude that packs a punch with choppy bass before “Final Battle” ends the EP.

The song encapsulates Colesseum with dramatic hooks like, “I’ll fight you to the death,” and a continuation of heavy bass from the other four tracks. The next chapter of Chassi’s career is beginning on an exciting note as he teases cool-toned visuals with a bright outline of his logo.

The bass artist stepped into the scene in 2020 intending to spread positivity through music. In a few short years, Chassi has gained support from artists like Excision, ATLiens, Kompany, and more. He and Level Up worked on “Ascension” together in 2022, followed by collaborations with IMAN and Stryer, among others.

Last year, Chassi played over 40 shows and went on his first headline tour. The artist performed at festivals like ÎLESONIQ and Lost Lands last year. He also joined artists like Jessica Audiffred and Adventure Club at their shows.
