GRiZ has announced that Meow Wolf will bring their second Vortex Music Festival back to Denver. An “outdoor festival experience,” Vortex welcomes talented acts from multiple genres to The JunkYard, an open space surrounded by warehouses in Denver. The announcement of Vortex follows GRiZ’s surprise pop-up show at the same location last weekend.

On the first night, Remi Wolf is headlining, joined by house producers Claude VonStroke, Dennis Ferrer, and QRTR. Experimental music artists Jadu Heart, Kiltro, Nikki Nair, and electro-pop musicians underscores, Jean Dawson, and NotMeghan are also taking the stage on August 25th.

GRiZ is taking over The JunkYard again on Saturday accompanied by Brownies and Lemonade All-Stars, house artists BLOND:ISH and Catz ‘N Dogz, rapper Armani White, and singer-songwriters Erez and Two Feet. Zingara, Jerro, TF Marz, and Jaques Greene are also joining the lineup. Experimental producers Ford., CJ, and Escpe round out the day-two acts.

Day two is stacked with experimental electronica artists including Parra for Cuva, Parkbreezy, and Shady Jones. Thought Process, Chasewest, Justin Martin, DJ Minx, and Rossi. are bringing their house beats to Denver, along with The Funk Hunters and multigenre DJs Dusky and Mindchatter. World-renowned producer, TOKiMONSTA, is also set to play.

Vortex is finishing the weekend on a high note with a GRiZ Chasing the Golden Era set. Over eight years, the well-known musician has compiled a four-part album series titled Chasing the Golden Hour, all of which show off his ability to create unique, fresh tracks.

The festival stays true to Meow Wolf’s mission of curating immersive experiences for everyone to enjoy with art exhibits, multiple stages, and an overall unique experience. Two years ago, GRiZ opened Meow Wolf’s Convergence Station 500-capacity venue, The Perplexiplex, and sold out in minutes.

Tickets for Vortex are on sale now. Single and three-day passes are available here. Listen to Meow Wolf’s official festival playlist here:
