Multigenre producer Space Laces has officially dropped “Dominate VIP,” garnering over 25,000 streams in just two days – for a good reason. By building off the original’s punchy beats and intense drums at the beginning of the song before it flips upside down with a surprise hard techno drop.

The amazement continues as the second drop delves into bouncy and upbeat bass house, with the original’s same catchy melody but pulling away from its dubstep roots. “Dominate” was released in 2021, gaining popularity quickly with its enormous sound and interesting mix of house and dubstep. 

Ian Slider, also known as Space Laces, broke out in 2018. He has continued his climb to success with unique takes on bass music and sound. “Dominate VIP” was teased by the producer at the end of March when he released a short clip on Twitter followed by his massive set, “VAULTAGE: Live from Mission Ballroom.” The drop was met with an insane reaction from the crowd, who erupted into loud cheers as they jumped. 

“Dominate VIP” follows his remix of “LEFT TO RIGHT” by Odd Mob and is his third release of the year. Space Laces currently has seven shows left on his first-ever headline tour.
