EDC Las Vegas lineup includes coveted Griztronics set

Today, EDC Las Vegas released its highly-anticipated lineup for next month with hundreds of acts across a range of genres. For dubstep lovers, one set, in particular, stood out. Griztronics, also known as GRiZ and Subtronics, are two of the most influential and innovative producers making music right now.

Griztronics will go down on Sunday, May 21st, the last day of the festival. Individually, their sets are not ones to miss, and together, the two bring wubs and vibes to morph their sets into an entire experience.

The two producers have collaborated twice and gone back-to-back only a handful of times. In 2019, GRiZ and Subtronics came together to create their iconic track, “Griztronics.” The song gained mass popularity on social media and currently has over 40 million streams. Their first collaboration successfully garnered even more support for their funky takes on dubstep.

Following the release of “Griztronics,” Subtronics and GRiZ randomly announced a free two-and-a-half hour set together in Pennsylvania in November. The pair then went b2b at Decadence Arizona on New Years Eve 2019, dropping a VIP of the song.

“Griztronics II (Another Level)” dropped in 2021 and was featured on Subtronics’ debut album, FRACTALS, before a VIP version was released on the remix album ANTIFRACTALS. Both artists’ styles can be found distinctly in their collabs, blending their sounds together well to produce energetic tracks that represent them as artists individually.
