Over the course of several years, NURKO has been building a whole world around his teardrop brand through acoustic, melodic sounds and a very distinctive sound design. One by one, he’s told us the story of his Discovery EP through slow releases of each individual track. On Friday, it all came together with the final track ‘Art of Letting Go’, culminating another beautiful work of art from the relentless producer.

NURKO has capitalized on continuous momentum since his explosion of hype that followed after his 2020 Digital Mirage set. After his top-tier ability to mix was put on display, with much of the electronic music world’s spotlight on him during a ~rough~ era in time, a lot of interests were peaked on the producer side of him. One body of work at a time, he has won over many, many people through the consistent ability he has shown to reach the strong emotions inside of us. His hard work has not go unnoticed, as it’s allowed him to work with some of the best melodic producers in the game right now. He twice has collaborated with ILLENIUM, on ‘Sideways’ and their joint remix of ‘golden hour’ by JVKE. His songs with Dabin, ARMNHMR and a remix for Said the Sky’s ‘Bittersweet Melody’ hammer home the point that he has earned the right to be considered one of the best melodic producers out right now.

To go with the release of the EP, NURKO recently announced Phase 2 of his Discovery tour. Taking place across the U.S. in the summer months, he will be bringing fellow melodic producers Midnight Kids and Crystal Skies with him. After just finishing up 2 huge sets at EDC Las Vegas and Sunset Music Festival, the sky is the limit for NURKO throughout the rest of 2023.
