While French producer HOL! has been crushing the dubstep scene over there for some time now, bass music fans of the US have finally gotten their grip on him, booking him for top festivals back to back.

HOL! put himself on the map with heavy bass lines that cater to fans of every genre; quickly flourishing in popularity. Since HOL! started playing more and more US shows, fans have been chasing his drops across the map, arguing his set is a top set at any event.

Breaking genre boundaries in a way no one imagined would ever be done, Fred again.., Four Tet and Skrillex dropped his track “Country Riddim” at Coachella, having the internet buzzing about it since. This track has been the talk of EDM media since its first play out, and that shows no signs of changing with its recently announced release Wednesday, May 3.

Intertwining two incredibly different styles, HOL! is expected to break ground for a new wave of mixing with the release of this VIP. Already taking a unique and authentic twist on riddim, HOL! no doubt had jaws dropping when combining his spicy style with classic country for an eccentric VIP.

Notoriously hated in the bass community, country has rarely been, if ever mixed into tracks that set the crowd on fire like this one. HOL! has definitely made waves in the dubstep community while still getting such a positive reaction both on social media and during the live playout.
