Alison Wonderland and Subtronics Drop First Collaboration

Alison Wonderland and Subtronics released their first collaboration, “No One Does It Like,” just days after announcing it. The song has been a long time coming with the former dropping their remix of “Push Up” by Creeds at EDC Las Vegas last year and the latter sprinkling it into his own sets. The remix immediately grabbed the attention of fans, leaving them wanting more.

“No One Does It Like” starts with a spooky vibe full of high-pitched chimes and launches into a dubstep drop. A drum break plays quickly before Alison Wonderland provides her vocals for the hook. The second drop continues to blend their styles to the end.

The artists have teased the collaboration several times before its release. Alison Wonderland had played it at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre and Subtronics at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. The two finally came together after the Australian producer appeared as a special guest at Subtronics’ own curated event Cyclops Dome in Washington.

As a singer-songwriter and classically-trained musician, the multi-talented Alison Wonderland has become a prominent figure in electronic music. The use of her own voice, inspiration from trap, and live cello performances have given her a strong presence in the scene.

Subtronics has also become well-known for his distinct sound, wonky dubstep, and use of viral samples. The pair have had successful years and releasing their first track together is an exciting way to end the year.

“No One Does It Like,” the first collaboration from Alison Wonderland and Subtronics, is out now on all streaming platforms. Subtronics revealed that the two have over 100 works in progress so who knows – more may be coming.
