Zeds Dead Announces Second Album and North American Tour

After clearing their social media, bass duo Zeds Dead has revealed that they are releasing an album and going on tour this spring. Return to the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness, their second album, will be released in early March following much anticipation. They have dropped “Channel Flipping” and the album’s first single, “Sweet Memories,” to hold listeners over.

“Sweet Memories” gives fans a fresh sound reminiscent of early Zeds Dead. With an expansive discography that transcends genres, the artists have kept a unique and identifiable sound with their latest songs. The sneak peek into Return to the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness has given listeners, deep bass, a hip-hop vibe, and samples that set the tone.

The tour will begin around the same time on March 7th in Georgia. A week later, they will perform in Massachusetts and Tennesee before a double-header in New York. Ultra Music Festival will welcome Zeds Dead to Florida on March 28 followed by a quick nearly two-week break.

On April 11th, the duo will make their way to Texas and Minnesota. They will head back to Texas for two nights and one in Missouri. The tour will end in their hometown in Canada on May 10th.

Dylan Mamid and Zachary Rapp-Rovan of Zeds Dead came together in Canada 15 years ago. The group has become well-known in bass music with dozens of remixes, several EPs, and a record label. Their first album Northern Lights came out in 2016 and was followed by their mixtape Catching Z’s in 2021.

Pre-sale for the Return to the Spectrum of Intergalactic Happiness will begin on November 20th and the general sale will start on the 22nd.
