On the back of their massive ‘PORTALS’ album announcement, Black Tiger Sex Machine (BTSM) has just revealed their accompanying ‘PORTALS’ album tour.
The ‘PORTALS’ tour will see BTSM performing in nine different cities across the U.S.
The ‘PORTALS’ premiere will take place at Ultra Music Festival in Miami on March 25. BTSM will then hit the midwest in April for performances in Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Chicago. Shows in Albuquerque and Dallas will follow before a roughly two month break. ‘PORTALS’ will pick back up in July, with BTSM performing once in Brooklyn followed by back to back shows in San Jose. The tour will close at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, on October 22.
Kai Wachi has been announced as direct support for six stops on the tour and will make a seventh very special appearance.
The world premiere of Black Tiger Skull Machine will feature on the second night of the San Jose tour stop on July 15. This is the alias name for the first ever BTSM b2b Kai Wachi set. Essentially a new entity, this set at the San Jose Civic is a can’t miss. It will feature the same ‘PORTALS’ level production and visuals fused with some of the sights, sounds, and vision of Kai Wachi, rendering a brand new performance.
The ‘PORTALS’ tour will be the most advanced BTSM production to date. The sets will showcase brand new immersive production with CGI animation and never before heard IDs from the upcoming album.
Considering the impressive, jaw dropping production of past BTSM tours, ‘PORTALS’ seems poised to unleash a staggering spectacle.
