Trivecta has released “Alaska,” the first single from his upcoming second album. The dreamy song has been made in collaboration with Casey Cook who provides warm vocals on top of an acoustic beginning. Co-written with Notelle, the lyrics describe the need to explore and grow despite the unknown.

With melodic dubstep and experimental bass drops, “Alaska” keeps the listener hooked as a beautiful melody carries the song to its conclusion. As the electronic instrumental slowly fades away, a guitar takes center stage and guides the listener to a gentle ending. Trivecta has been making a name for himself in the melodic bass scene since 2014 and ten years later, he is preparing to release his sophomore album.

Casey Cook and Trivecta previously worked on “Castle Walls,” the fifth track from the producer’s debut album The Way Back Up. He announced his latest record while supporting Illenium at SoFi Stadium in February. Only a few details have been given, but it has been confirmed that it will be released this fall.

Trivecta debuted “Alaska” at Ultra Music Festival and played it in several sets before its official drop. The artist has supported several large names this year, giving him plenty of space to tease new music. So far, the single has received positive reviews with fans noting their appreciation of his consistent growth and commitment to the craft.
